Comments: If you are ever in need of a fantastic sewer/drain/plumbing company, you should absolutely contact Flo-Maxx!! As a first time homeowner, I unexpectedly walked into a laundry list of issues. After having one company tell me I was a low priority, Flo-Maxx came to my rescue and from the first phone call they were a joy to work with. Every job they worked on they were prompt, communicative, courteous and honest. They put up with my 10,000 questions and always treated me with respect (rather than just as an unknowledgeable girl). They are not the cheapest option out there, but they are far more reasonable than the bigger/impersonal companies. Add to it that they truly take pride in their work, with Flo-Maxx you happily get more than what you pay for. Due to the number of issues this old house had I probably know Joe and his team better than I know my neighbors. Boss Man Joe, Martin, Kevin, Hassan, Mario, Elias, Felix, David and Luis were all a delight to work with. It didn't matter if it was sunny/60, thunderstorms, or snowing; weekday or weekend, they always showed up with a great attitude and ready to help. Special props to Martha too for being the gate keeper of it all and answering my many phone calls. Long story short, I will hands-down always recommend Flo-Maxx Sewer and Drain. Comments: Recently, I had a sewage pump failure. One major quality for me is professionalism from the phone staff and technicians. Fortunately, both were above my expectations. Comments: I had tos schedule a estimate appointment first. Once we agreed on first identifying problem why sewer is baked up then I scheduled date to begin work. Team worked me in answering my questions throughout the videoing and determining where the blockage was located. They were good at cleaning up work area and also removed sewage in grease trap and backup valve basin. They have their own truck to remove sewage and their own video equipment. I will be scheduling additional work after the winter breaks to complete the remaining tasks.

Comments: Flo-Maxx Showed up at the time advised, Recognized the problem and the details of the sewage system almost immediately. Recommended proper procedure to fix the problem and returned later that day. In my case, it was hydro jetting the main line. When they were done, they walked me through my pipes with the camera. Flo-Maxx returned the next day to jet through one more time to eliminate some bigger roots. They recommended and sold me an agent that would maintain my drain system. Overall, the problem was solved and maintained. I initially contacted the first company that showed up on Google, big mistake. Mr. Rooter came out, assessed my system and suggested digging up a portion of my system, and returned a half hour later with an outrageous price of nearly $3000. Had I gone through with it my problem still wouldn't have been solved.

Comments: Flo-Max cleaned my Catch Basin and performed rodding on my basement sinks. I never had my Catch Basin cleaned before and it was in BAD shape. My technicians David and Martin explained every step of the process to me, ran a camera throughout my underground sewer pipe system and I was able to see firsthand what needed to be done. They were pleasant and professional in performing the work, and left by property in good condition when they were done. David also provided me with suggestions on general maintenance of my Catch Basin going forward. Comments: I was very pleased withJoe From Flomax my laundry tub was backed up it would not go down it's been like almost 2 weeks and I couldn't find anybody to come out but when I called flo Max they were willing to come out the next day very polite very kind very understanding the first day they spent over three hours trying to unclog my laundry tub they went through my sink in the kitchen because I found out them 2 are connected and they worked so hard and they needed to go through the roof to get through the drain on the roof I did not want them going up there because Tuesday was thundering and lightning so they came back the next day and spent over three hours again finally getting it unclogged I was so thankful that I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars they were very nice they didn't even charge me for the first day they charge me for what they did the second day which I thought was very reasonable so yes I would recommend Joe from Flomax amazing thank you You Have me doing my laundry once again I am a Happy me person

And when I did not understand really technical stuff, they explained it in a different way until I got it. Comments: We had our building main sewer line clogged such that water and human waste were ending up in the basement. I first called "Morning, Noon and Night Plumbing" as over the phone they sounded somewthat cheaper. But when crew of 3 people from this company showed up, it turned out that they would not do what we agreed on over the phone and that the actual cost will be at least twice of the quoted price without any guarantee of their job. They have been send back home. I immediately called Flo-Maxx and they came couple of hours later the same day and unclogged and cleaned the sewer line by hydrojetting as well as cleaned the catch basin. They also used camera to show me that the line was clean and guaranteed their work for 6 month. Nice people. Nice job. Completely satisfied. Next time I would call Flo-Maxx, but not "Morning, Noon and Night Plumbing".

Comments: After calling four other plumbing companies who came out and either didn't understand my plumbing, didn't have the equipment or suggested that gallons of water pouring into my sump pump system (and out into my lawn) was normal, it was refreshing to have Kevin from Flo-Maxx show up exactly on time, identify the issues (sewer line was backed up, causing leaking into pit from various sources) and have the equipment ready to go to fix things. After rodding my sewer line from two separate points in the system and a camera inspection to make sure everything looked good, I was all set.

Comments: Their technicians, Kevin and Geno, came out to replace an ejector pump in my crawl space. Before doing any work, their inspected everything to make sure that this necessary. Kevin even made a video of the pump area and the rest of the pipes in the crawl space. They installed the new pump but also informed me of a connection that leaks do to a clog and age. This repair job was not pushed but given to me for my knowledge. If and when I do decide to replace it, FLO-MAXX will be doing it.

Comments: I used this company for a sink repair and was so impressed with the serviced that I called a week later to repair a leak at my rental property. Cesar and Rob came out to repair the pipe leak and noticed that there may me another problem with rust on another connection. They repaired the leaked and pointed out the other section was fine. What honesty and integrity! They could have taken advantage of the situation and over charged me but they didn't! Did some reading and found out about jet rodding as a more powerful way to unclog the line. Called Flo-Maxx and spoke to Joe Lopez. Comments: I called flo-maxx because my sump pump stop working and water was coming into my basement. I called other plumbrs before I calle Flomaxx no one wanted to come out th same day. Fo-Maxx rsponded promptly, Joe sent Mike to my hoseat 10pm. Mike work ws very professional and the cost was reasonable. Mike and Joe cme back to our home the next morning to make sure evryting was okay ad it was. I as satisfied withthe service I hired them for anthe project. Comments: The Flo Maxx plumber called me back immediately after receiving the email about the clogged garage drains. He arrived at the time he promised and worked until he resolved a complicated set of drainage issues. He was very polite and professional. After completing the work, he cleaned up everything. He also had given an estimate on the phone and charged me what he had said even though the problems were more time consuming than he had thought. I would highly recommend him.

Comments: I would recommend this company - after explaining our problem and looking for an alternative solution to what was initially proposed to us by another company, Flo-Maxx came through. We ended up saving money. I liked that the technician who we were dealing with was the one who came out to do the work. Also, they explained well what was to be done, were friendly, and didn't mind me watching the work. I did wish I would have known that they typically don't bill out (like send the bill to a management company), but that worked out fine. When needed, we will be using them again and recommending them as well.

Comments: Our service from Joe was very good he knew his job. He inspected the job well, got right to the problem, cleared out our sewer line, he did have to use a camera probe to find blockage. He did find the problem and took care of it and had our residence back up and running in a timely manner. He was also courteous and friendly.
